How to process
1. Variable frequency feed conveyor belt can be set different feeding speed;
2. First stage two motors shredder shredding the toner cartridges to be small piece, after shredding mixed materials <30*150mm;
3. Secondary conveyor belt carry the shredded materials from the first stage shredder to the secondary shredder;
4. Secondary Shredder shredding the mixed materials from the first shredder to the small piece < 20*50mm;
5. Three stage sealed screw conveyor carry the shredded materials from the secondary stage shredder to the eddy-current sorting system and iron removal system;
6 & 7.The eddy-current sorting system and iron removal system separates metal, aluminum and plastics and delivers them to their respective discharge bins;
8. Collect the toner powder and dust separated to different container/bag from the two shafts shredder;
9. Make the dust fall off in the dust collector;
10. With PLC control for automatic mode or manual mode for each part of machine;
