Heavy duty horizontal fully automatic hydraulic balers
The SPW120 three-shaft shredder is a high-performance shredding equipment specially designed for various solid wastes, electronic materials and industrial waste. Relying on the unique structural design of three-shaft linkage, it combines large processing capacity, strong crushing force and wide material adaptability, and can meet the shredding processing requirements of materials of different materials and forms. It is the main model of the production line.
For electronic waste such as hard disks, SSDS, circuit boards, and used mobile phones, the equipment is equipped with a combination of high-hardness alloy moving and fixed knives. The three-axis interlaced shearing structure can quickly disassemble hard electronic components, avoiding problems such as material jamming and entanglement. The shredded particle size is uniform and controllable, and the finished product particles are regular, meeting the standards for material disassembly and resource recovery. At the same time, the sealed machine body is equipped with dust-proof and noise-reducing design, which complies with the relevant safety level requirements of DIN66399.
Compared to the Hydraulic Vertical Baler, Horizontal Baling Press Machine is much larger both in size and capacity. The waste material is loaded from the top by conveyor or air cyclone system and compressed from the sides automatically. Horizontal baling press, equipped with PLC and touch screen, is ideal equipment for baling large quantities of recyclable materials and the capacity range can be from 1.5 tons/h to 40tons/h (waste paper). The recyclable materials such as scrap papers, cardboards, carton boxes, plastic films, and other loose materials can be fed into the baling press automatically and continuously, so the utilization of Horizontal Baling Press Machine can reduce labor cost greatly. On the other hand, these loose materials are compressed into compact tight bales which make them easier to transport and stack, so the utilization of Horizontal Baling Press Machine can reduce the transportation cost and save the valuable floor space. |
